Steven Guasch is an experienced Real Estate Developer who has managed the financial feasibility, entitlement, design, acquisition, construction, and disposition of multiple apartment developments across South Florida,
Central Florida, and Texas, representing a capital investment in excess of $400 million. His involvement ensures that projects stay on schedule, on budget, and surpass investor expectations.
As Co-Founder and a Principal of Defined Companies, Steven is responsible for overseeing the development process, financial planning, accounting, and administrative reporting to governmental agencies. He is an integral
part of the organizational structure, formulating and strategizing growth.
Steven holds his Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University, where he was inducted into the International Honor Society, Sigma Beta Delta. He is actively involved with the University and currently sits on the Advisory Board for the MSRED program.

Noah Leon has extensive experience in Florida’s real estate and capital markets stemming from a multitude of transactions throughout the state. His expertise includes, but is not limited to, the acquisition and subsequent repositioning of undervalued assets, coordinating directly with property owners, financial institutions, investors,and government entities.
Today, as Co-Founder and a Principal of Defined Companies, Noah establishes new relationships and nurtures existing relationships, including equity, debt, and strategic partnerships. Noah is responsible for identifying acquisition opportunities in both new and existing markets and bringing deals across the finish line. He is intimately involved in the design process, ensuring that form meets function, without compromise. Upon completion, Noah spearheads the disposition of the Company’s assets, where, to date, Defined Companies has exceeded expectations. Noah holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University.
